Prior to co-founding OptionEase, Mr. Kupferberg was the founding managing director for Incisive Software, an enterprise software consulting firm specializing in Siebel and PeopleSoft development. Industry leading companies such as CB Richard Ellis, H & R Block, Skechers USA, Deloitte Consulting, Hewlett-Packard and others chose Incisive Software as their partner for enterprise implementation services.

Mr. Kupferberg has had an extensive career in sales, marketing and enterprise software applications spanning over 18 years. Mr. Kupferberg was the regional sales manager for PeopleSoft in southern California where he was named the number one CRM sales manager in the western US. Prior to PeopleSoft, Mr. Kupferberg was a southern California district sales manager for Siebel Systems where he was responsible for closing over $10 million in license revenue in one quarter and earned their prestigious Top Gun award.

In early 1996, Mr. Kupferberg joined startup software firm Moss Software to develop and bring to market a new state of the art CRM system. Over the next five years, Mr. Kupferberg was directly responsible for the design, development and sales of Moss' industry leading CRM application called ActiveSales. In 2001, ActiveSales was sold to E.piphany (NADAQ: EPNY) for over $50 Million. In 2005, E.piphany was acquired by SSA Global Technologies and is now marketed as Infor CRM.

Mr. Kupferberg graduated from California State University at San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration / Finance degree.
