Mr. Davidheiser has an extensive background in the development of large-scale, Web-based applications. During the past 15 years, he has managed the creation of global and enterprise class projects for numerous successful software companies in vertical industries complying with regulations such as PCI, HIPAA and Sarbanes Oxley.

Mr. Davidheiser has held executive engineering management positions for both public and private organizations. As Vice President of Engineering for Rainmaker Systems, he led the worldwide development and implementation of software solutions for customers including Symantec, IBM, Dell, HP, Red Hat and Sun. As Chief Technology Officer at Metrics Corporation, Mr. Davidheiser was the primary architect and manager of the development of Web-based business intelligence platforms in the healthcare industry. And as Vice President of Engineering for Blue Pumpkin Software, Mr. Davidheiser was responsible for releasing major new application suites and maintaining and upgrading them for more than 1,000 customers (many in the Fortune-500) using both onshore and offshore teams.

During his career, Mr. Davidheiser has also led the development of solutions for companies including XP Systems, Hiho Software and Hughes Aircraft. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and management information systems from the University of Arizona.
