Previously, Resnick was COO and CFO of Transera Communications, Inc., an on-demand virtual contact center solution provider for enterprises.

Prior to Transera, Resnick served as COO and CFO at Coremetrics, Inc., a SaaS provider of web analytic products and services, where he was responsible for building many of the organization’s key functions. Before that, Resnick held senior financial roles at CrossLogix, Method Networks, ProBusiness and Coopers & Lybrand.
