His background includes management positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and Exxon/Esso Petroleum Company and served as CFO at Determina and COO/CFO at Andale.

Paul holds his MBA from Stanford University and a BS with Honors in Chemical Engineering from University of Birmingham, UK.
