| Lisa Robinson is a senior financial executive and certified public accountant who has two decades of experience in accounting and related technologies. Lisa brings a deep understanding of how to manage the control and compliance functions earned while she was working with senior leadership to tackle tough business issues. Lisa has extensive experience with managing projects to comply with Sarbanes Oxley legislation, integrate mergers and acquisitions and implement financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
Lisa has held senior-level roles in accounting and finance in companies including First Interstate Bank Corporation; Orbital Sciences, Inc; Tempo, a division of Textron; Tosco (acquired by Conoco Phillips) and Peregrine Systems. In her role as Controller for the privately held Robbins Research company, Lisa developed banking relationships that allowed the company to increase sales channels with incremental revenue of over $8M annualized growth. As Corporate Controller for the public company Fluid Music Inc., she consolidated accounting systems and reduced indirect spending by $1.5M. Lisa earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2009 and is a certified, registered CPA in the State of Arizona since 1997. |
